  1. No Purchase Necessary. The Michelob Ultra Treasure Cove Experience (“Experience”) is governed by the current laws of the State of Florida and is open adults who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Free tickets for the Experience will be provided to “Participants” through “Ticket Drops” beginning at 11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on December 25, 2025 and ending at 11:59 pm EDT on January 31, 2026 (“Ticket Drop Period”) which may be conducted online through social media or in person as well as through Radio Giveaways and Sponsor Partnerships. 

3. To enter a Ticket Drop, consumers must scan the QR code provided at the Ticket Drop and submit an entry through the website. All entries must be received and recorded during the QR code provided. Pepin Distributing Company, LLC (“PDC”) is the designated official judge and its computer is the official time keeping device for the Ticket Drops. No other forms of entry are valid for a Ticket Drop. Limit two (2) entries per person. 

4. By participating in a Ticket Drop or accepting tickets from a Radio Giveaway or Sponsor Partnership as well as by participating in the Experience, the Participant is evidencing their intention to participate in the Experience at their own risk, and agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this Experience. Participants also agree to fully comply with and abide by all laws (Federal, state, and local) and to voluntarily assume the risk and danger of injury that may be associated with participating in the Experience as well as for their actions while under the influence of alcohol.

5. Participants agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue PDC, and the foregoing’s members, managers, affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, consultants, and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”), from any and all claims or demands therefore on account of injury to themselves or their property or resulting in their death, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while they are participating in the Experience provided or facilitated by Releasees.

6. Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all loss, liability damage, or costs, including attorneys fees as a result of any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, or judgements, that Releasees may incur arising out of, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon Participant’s participation in any Experience activity, including any and all loss or damage to property, personal or otherwise, personal injury or death of any person which occurs as a result of Participant’s participation in the Experience, even where the loss, damage, personal injury or death is caused or contributed to by the Releasees, whether or not caused by Releasees active or passive negligence or otherwise.

7. Participants assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage due to the active or passive negligence of Releasees or otherwise while they are participating in the Experience provided or facilitated by Releasees.

8. Participants assume full responsibility for their own property, whether personal or otherwise. Participants hereby release the Releasees from any and all liability in connection with loss, damage, or destruction however minor or major, to any and all of their personal property, whether secured or unsecured.

9. Acceptance of tickets offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law. All submitted entries will be property of PDC, and can be used in future promotional materials, advertising, marketing in any channel or format chosen without further permission or compensation.

10. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Florida without regard to principles of conflicts of law that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. If any part of these Official Rules is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall NOT affect the validity of the remaining portion(s) and such remaining portion(s) shall remain in full force and effect with the invalid portion eliminated.
